Carpet Deodorizer

This recipe is great to use if you have pets that stink up your carpet more than the typical household or if you like to deodorize before having company. I use this same recipe as a deodorizing shoe powder instead of your Gold Bond brand that has Talc as the number one ingredient (P.S. Talc is toxic and a known carcinogen! You do not want to absorb that through the thin skin on your feet ☠). My favorite essential oil for this recipe is Purification essential oil (I kept Lemon essential oil in the ingredient list to simplify, in case you only have a few essential oils).

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of Baking Soda
  • 10 Drops of Lemon essential oil*

*I also like Lavender and Lemongrass essential oils for this recipe.

Directions:

  1. Combine Baking Soda and essential oils in a glass jar and shake up to mix.
  2. Sprinkle onto carpet and let sit for 1-2 hours or overnight.
  3. Vacuum carpets thoroughly.

Carpet Cleaner

Directions:

  1. Combine Thieves Household Cleaner in a 24-36 oz spray bottle.
  2. Shake to mix.
  3. Spray and let sit for 5-15 minutes.
  4. Dab with cloth to pull stain out.

Glass and Mirror Cleaner

Use this recipe on all glass and mirrors. See recipe 👇 for stickers and gunky stuff if you have kiddos that go sticker crazy on your car windows or sliding glass doors.

Directions:

  1. Combine Thieves Household Cleaner and water in a 24-36 ounce spray bottle.
  2. Shake to mix.

  1. Apply undilluted to sticker, sticky, or gunked-up area.
  2. Wipe thoroughly with damp cloth.
