Most times I just add a drop or two or Purification to a cotton ball and throw it in the specific location, like in the garbage bin or gym bag.

If you guys know us well, you know we have a 120lb dog named Beast that sleeps with us every night. When he gets a little stinky, I’ll rub some into my palms and down the side of his neck so he smells fresh. When using essential oils on dogs, I have to recommend diluting with a carrier oil. This is like instant de-stink for him and a total lifesaver if we don’t have time to give him a bath or a swim.

I’m sharing these tips with you today because it’s the middle of winter and I personally have a lot to deodorize and clean now that the holidays are over.

I found out that Gold Bond Foot Powder has talc in it which is a known carcinogen. It’s the number one ingredient and known to cause cancer! I don’t like having this chemical in my house where it is likely to be absorbed into my skin and bloodstream. The skin are your feet will definitely absorb this chemical if you are putting it in your shoes.

I also use this blend to get rid of Fabreeze sprays, candles, and other room purifiers because they have Fragrance in them among other chemicals that are damaging to your health. Fragrance is an ingredient in all of these products which is actually an undisclosed number of chemical ingredients that can be carcinogenic, endocrine disrupting or at the very least cause come kind of allergic reaction or minor headache.
